Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be willing to work in the 8 hours night shift
- Monitoring support for critical servers and clusters
- Create and update process and system documentation
- Monitor and report on backup and recovery process
- Participate in after-hours support for emergency issues
- Possess troubleshooting techniques for a variety of technical issues
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Track and monitor open support issues
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMK TKJ
- 1 years’ Linux or UNIX experience
- Understanding of monitoring system (Nagios, zabbix)
- Good knowledge in Python/Shell/Bash or similar
- Web development Experience
General requirements for the all position:
- Minimum 1 years Experience in the related field
- Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team.
- Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and trustworthy as well
- Freshgraduates are wellcome, but shall have programming experiences and able to learn fast.
