Responsibilities:

1.  Candidate should be willing to work in the 8 hours night shift
2. Monitoring support for critical servers and clusters
3. Create and update process and system documentation
4. Monitor and report on backup and recovery process
5. Participate in after-hours support for emergency issues
6. Possess troubleshooting techniques for a variety of technical issues
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
8. Track and monitor open support issues

Requirements:

2. 1 years’ Linux or UNIX experience

– Thus, we want designers who are comfortable with rapid iteration (wireframe -> mockup -> complete UI), user feedback and data-driven decision

What you will do day to day:

– Design interface for all digital assets including but not limited to microsites/websites, landing pages, banners, mobile apps, email templates

– Collaborating on user experience planning with digital strategist, media planner, digital marketing specialists, visual designer – Researching interaction design trends

– Researching technology trends

– Assist other teams in preparing collaterals when design is critically needed, e.g. report, presentation, etc

Role Requirements:

– At least 1 year of user experience design (freelance experience is acceptable) for web/mobile applications

– Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability

– Exception design skills

– Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components

– Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools

– Experience with user interface design patterns

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Understand and appreciates feedback from data

– Able to think from users perspective
