Our location

Our day to day workshop is located in Pejaten, Jakarta Selatan

Challenges:

– Our clients are mixed between big brands who want complete design concept delivered as well as startups-alike who are more used to faster turnaround time in order to deliver the best marketing performance

– Thus, we want designers who are comfortable with rapid iteration (wireframe -> mockup -> complete UI), user feedback and data-driven decision

What you will do day to day:

– Design interface for all digital assets including but not limited to microsites/websites, landing pages, banners, mobile apps, email templates

– Collaborating on user experience planning with digital strategist, media planner, digital marketing specialists, visual designer – Researching interaction design trends

– Researching technology trends

– Assist other teams in preparing collaterals when design is critically needed, e.g. report, presentation, etc

Role Requirements:

– At least 1 year of user experience design (freelance experience is acceptable) for web/mobile applications

– Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability

– Exception design skills

– Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components

– Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools

– Experience with user interface design patterns

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Understand and appreciates feedback from data

– Able to think from users perspective

Additional Requirements (nice to have):

– Adobe flash

– Video and sound editing

– Digital imaging

– Motion graphics design and production

– Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery

We are urgently needed additional developers to support our fast growing company. Open positions:

• 1 Senior Mobile Developer Develop mobile application platform Android native client or HTML5 platform
• 1 PHP Senior Web Developers Build HTML and web application, create modules, API services using PHP
• 1 Senior Web Designer Design website templates and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to use.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year in relevant work experience
• Able to work full time from 8AM – 5PM from Monday – Friday
• Aware of the current trends in web and mobile apps.
• Broad knowledge of internet and social media.
• Good command of English
• Self-motivated and willing to work in start-up environment

 BENEFITS:

• 13x salary start from IDR 5.000.000 – 7.500.000 /month
